“Delta Airlines said it hired top lawyer David Boies to sue CrowdStrike and Microsoft for damages from the outage last week from the failed upgrade. CrowdStrike shares lose another 12% on the day to a low o $230” 😒 🤨

Mixed markets with Dow up but NASDAQ and S&P 500 down

Most tech stocks were lower before Microsoft earnings after hours today, with Nvidia down nearly 7%, Tesla down 5% and Broadcom down almost 4%.
