The ability to start pumping oil from Venezuela led $SLB ( ▼ 0.83% ) $CVX ( ▼ 4.46% ) $HAL ( ▼ 0.16% ) and $XOM ( ▼ 1.24% ) to move much higher as did the stocks that might have 2nd order benefits since lower oil prices might trigger a lower inflation print.
