The markets still taking a breather. I would buy the dips slowly and gradually

The big losers were $MRNA Moderna, $ANF Abercrombie and $IONQ among other quantum computing stocks. Mostly because of their rich valuations which are not easily justified. But the overall market is still only a 3% lower than its highs.
