Markets had a bear market bounce, but this is is down market for the near term

Now that US tariffs on China goods are over 100% and China’s counter tariffs are 84% what happens is unknown. No one can really tell you, including President Trump. The best case scenario is for talks and quick resolution, which is unlikely. Hang on to cash.
