$META ( ▼ 2.31% ) will cut 10% of their staff as they move to AI and $MSFT ( ▼ 3.97% ) is offering voluntary retirement to 7% of their staff. As I mentioned 2 months ago, the need to fund the CAPEX for AI datacenter (where demand is insatiable) will result in more layoffs for the next 2 years.
